PunchOut Catalogs Marketplace

The PunchOut Catalogs Marketplace enables large organizations to offer an Amazon.com shopping experience to end users, while continuing to manage the overall requisition process via the ERP.

Within the eProcurement process, there are five major steps:

  1. Requisition Creation
  2. Shopping Cart Creation
  3. Requisition Approval
  4. PO Creation
  5. PO Transmission

Of these five steps, the end user spends 95% of their time building the shopping cart.  By design, PunchOut Catalogs only addresses the 'Shopping Cart Creation' process.  We've designed our solution to be completely non-intrusive to the ERP platform.  In fact, the only 'integration point' is via a standard PunchOut or OCI connection, which most large buyers support today.
Within our single interface, the PunchOut Catalogs Marketplace enables end users to search for items in:

  • Material Master
  • Internal catalogs
  • Other PunchOut Catalogs
